"After attending my brothers wedding at Cromwell Manor the previous Christmas which was beautiful, twinkly lit with gorgeous trees and beautiful winter buffet, we made an appointment and met with Angie.

 

After about 5 minutes we knew we had our venue! Angie and her team were so obliging with our wants and needs.  We handpicked our buffet from the extensive choices and were allowed to go “off menu” for certain choices.  We chose drinks and canapés for our black tie late afternoon wedding which ended just in time for cocktail hour where the staff was on hand to serve our canapés and our chosen cocktails to our guests.  We had a seafood table along with our buffet which was better than we expected that went down a treat with our friends and family that the other venues we visited had said they wouldn’t be able to do!

 

I didn’t have to think about our guests needs as I knew staff, drinks and food were always on hand for them.  I loved the fact that we had exclusive use and different ages of people all had a quiet or not so quiet area to talk in or dance.

 

Our wedding was perfect and personal with thanks to friendly and calming registrars and Angie and her team who let us decorate and entertain to our tastes and provided us with all the help and advice we needed. She was even there with an umbrella for when the heavens opened to get out of my car!  Every member of staff that we dealt with was professional and efficient which every bride needs!  From the resident DJ who secretly planned with my sister in law a flash mob after our first dance to the chef  who made our requested cheese and pineapple hedgehogs, let’s be honest it’s not a party without a cheese hedgehog!!

 

I would and have recommended Cromwell Manor to people I know that are engaged, as having attended two weddings there now, I cannot fault the service being a guest or a bride."
